Main reasons why the pedestal feels loose
The pedestal hole is not the only reason why the acrylic stand's pedestal is loose. Multiple conditions are involved, such as the width of the insertion part of the main body, the thickness of the acrylic plate, the end face after laser cutting, the presence or absence of a protective film, and the pressure during packaging.
For the original IP Acstar, the finer the shape of the character, the more difficult it is to design the insertion part. If you prioritize appearance too much, it may lack stability when placed on a pedestal.

During the sample stage, we actually insert the product by hand and check the inclination when standing up, the hardness of insertion and removal, and the visual balance with the pedestal. If it is too strong, it will break easily, and if it is too loose, it will lead to complaints after sales.
If you are creating multiple characters at the same time, decide early whether to use a common pedestal or adjust the pedestal holes for each design. For lottery prizes and random products, it is also important to prevent pedestals from getting mixed up.

Can the pedestal and main body be packaged separately?
