This is full-scale production starting from new patterns or molds. For plush toys and original-shaped goods, tooling and design costs occur, so mass production from 500 pcs or more is recommended to control unit cost. Small lots such as 100 pcs may be possible, but unit cost can be much higher because initial costs are not spread across quantity.
Logo Printing on Existing Products
(Usually from 100 pcs)
This method prints or engraves your logo or design on existing bags, apparel, tumblers, plastic goods, and similar products. Since no mold is required, initial cost is lower. Depending on the product, extremely small lots from one piece may also be discussed.
