Can you handle rush production for concert and live goods?
Yes. For standard items such as penlights, muffler towels, and rubber bands, we use our Dongguan, China partner network to supportrush production matched to event deadlines.
What lot size is best for reducing cost?
From 1,000 pcs, mass-production efficiency improves, andfrom 5,000 pcs, factory-direct pricing reaches a lower range. We can also prepare comparative quotes by lot size within 24 hours.
Can you propose eco-friendly materials for SDGs?
rPET (recycled polyester), FSC-certified paper, biodegradable plastics, eco inks, and other environmentally conscious sustainable materials.
How do you manage quality for Japan?
A specialized QC team familiar with Japan's strict quality standards supervises every processbased on AQL standards (1.0/2.5)from raw materials to shipment. Full inspection is also available as an option.
How is plush toy safety and needle detection handled?
For plush toys and apparel products,we perform two inspections: inside the factory and before shipmentusing high-performance needle detectors to prevent metal contamination.
Do partner factories have international certifications?

Can you support Food Sanitation Act and ST standard testing?
Yes. We use materials compliant with Japan's Food Sanitation Act, toy safety standards (ST), and European REACH/EN71 standards, and supporttest reports from third-party organizations.
How long does sample production take?
After specifications are confirmed,physical samples can be produced in as little as 5-7 daysand delivered quickly to your designated address in Japan by air freight such as DHL or FedEx.
Is there a sample fee refund system?
Initial sample costs are charged at actual cost, but when mass production is confirmed,the sample fee can be fully offset, effectively making it free.
Can production proceed without design data?
If you have rough ideas or photos, our designers can prepare2D three-view drawings or 3D modelingand fully support commercialization from the idea stage.
Can we make a final check before mass production starts?
Yes.PP samples (pre-production confirmation samples)can be checked by video, photo, or physical delivery, and mass production starts only after approval.
How are delivery to Japan and customs duties handled?
DDP delivery, including customs duty and delivery to the designated destinationis supported. We handle customs procedures and duty payment, so you only need to receive the goods in Japan.
Which carriers or forwarders do you use?
MainlySagawa Express, Yamato Transport, Seino Transportationpartner networks are commonly used. Direct delivery to Amazon warehouses (FBA), event venues, and split delivery are also supported.
What payment methods are available?
Bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, Alipay, and Alibaba Trade Assuranceare supported. For mass production, 30% advance payment and balance after inspection before shipment is standard.
How long does a quotation take?

Is IP and copyright protection reliable?
NDA agreementsare strictly handled. Factory photography is prohibited, defective goods are physically destroyed, and your design assets are protected.
Can communication be handled in Japanese?
Yes,Specialized staff fluent in Japanese are available. Communication by WeChat, LINE, email, and Zoom can proceed smoothly, similar to domestic business in Japan.
