Step 1: Design and feasibility review
The process begins with artwork, size, quantity, target market, and packaging requirements. The factory checks whether the design is suitable for vinyl parts, plush sewing, embroidery, and final assembly.
Step 2: Quotation and specification confirmation
After the technical review, the project is quoted based on size, materials, mold requirements, MOQ, packaging, and delivery destination.
Step 3: Sample development
Sampling is the most important stage for character goods. Buyers should check expression, proportions, fabric feel, vinyl color, seam position, stuffing, and accessory details.
Step 4: Mass production
Once the sample is approved, production moves into material preparation, part production, sewing, assembly, quality control, and packaging.
