Pair a supplied plush with a character-specific printed frame, strap color and SKU label.
A clear PVC pouch that displays, protects and carries an approximately 10 cm plush doll. We plan the internal size, visible window, perimeter graphics, opening, strap, hardware, individual packaging and SKU controls around your actual product.
This product is not presented as fully waterproof. Physical fit testing and pre-production sample approval are required before mass production.

Reference concept showing a shared pouch structure with different perimeter graphics, colors and SKU identities.

Product definition
This is not a generic clear utility pouch. The effective internal width, depth and opening are defined from the doll's head, ears, hair, clothing and widest point. The clear area keeps the face visible while the printed perimeter works like a character-merchandise package.
Buyer use cases
It is most useful when the product must show the character clearly while supporting retail packaging, event handling and multiple SKU operations.
Pair a supplied plush with a character-specific printed frame, strap color and SKU label.
Plan fan colors, portable straps, event packing and venue delivery requirements.
Use package-style graphics for limited campaigns without hiding the plush face.
Keep shared components consistent while separating designs, barcodes and carton marks.
Confirm distribution method, packaging dimensions, warning copy and assembly scope.
Review destination, labeling language, packing, inspections and required documentation.
Choose the right product
The product names overlap in search, but the structure and inspection priorities are different.
Reference price
A planning range can help an early budget review, but a formal quote still depends on the approved specification.
Reference basis: approximately 10 cm clear PVC body, perimeter printing, cord strap and 500 pieces for one design.
Important: This is a non-binding US-dollar reference range with tax excluded. The actual price changes with customization and order conditions. Freight, samples, tooling or print plates, packaging and other charges are confirmed separately in the quotation.
Size and fit
Two dolls with the same listed height may need different internal dimensions because of ears, hairstyles, clothing, feet and head width. We define usable internal space and opening clearance from the widest and deepest points.
Final dimensions must be confirmed after physical measurement and sample fitting.

Customization
The appearance, filling operation, carrying method and retail presentation should be planned as one specification.
Header, frame, background pattern, character color and campaign graphics around the clear area.
External size, effective internal space and window position based on the supplied doll.
Cord material, length, color, rings, loops and attachment method for the use case.
Snap, flap, zipper or other construction selected from appearance and handling needs.
Individual bag, backing card, warning copy, barcode, SKU label and set assembly.
Shared components and controlled differences for characters, colors, labels and cartons.

Series planning
A color-only change is managed differently from a new window shape, hardware set or pouch size. The decision affects quotation, sampling and production control.
Reference specification
Unverified dimensions and production conditions remain open until the sample and project requirements are approved.
| Product | Package-style clear PVC plush doll display pouch |
|---|---|
| Plush size | Approximately 10 cm reference; confirm head width, ears, hair, costume and depth |
| External size | Confirmed after pre-production sample approval |
| Internal space | Designed around a physical doll or dimensioned front, side and back views |
| Main material | Clear PVC; thickness, hardness and transparency confirmed per project |
| Graphics | Printed header, frame and background areas; method confirmed after artwork review |
| Carry method | Carry hole, cord strap, ring, loop or bag attachment |
| Opening | Top opening reference; snap, flap, zipper or alternative to be evaluated |
| Reference MOQ | 500 pieces per design; confirm by specification and SKU plan |
| Packaging | Individual bag, backing card, barcode/SKU label, set assembly and carton marks |
| Schedule | Quoted from design count, sampling, printing, packaging, quantity and production season |
Risk and inspection
Clear surfaces show cosmetic defects easily, and small differences in the doll shape can affect fit. Acceptance points should be written into the project specification.
| Risk | Possible problem | Control |
|---|---|---|
| Doll does not fit | Head, ears, hair or costume exceeds the usable space | Test with the physical doll or approved dimensioned sample |
| Face is hidden | Window edge or printing overlaps the expression | Approve front and side views on the pre-production sample |
| Scratches or haze | Clear PVC shows abrasion, dust or storage marks | Inspect clear surfaces under defined lighting |
| Print position or color | Frame position or character color differs from approval | Approve color and position proof before mass production |
| SKU mix-up | Wrong doll, pouch, barcode or carton label is combined | Use an SKU sheet and verify inner/master carton labels |

Sampling plan, acceptance level and required reports are confirmed by project.
Workflow
Work backward from the target delivery date and reserve time for physical fit, print approval and packaging review.
Doll size, design count, quantity, market and destination.
Internal size, window, opening, strap and hardware.
Print files, proofing, packaging and SKU conditions.
Specification, quantity, sample scope and delivery terms.
Fit, window, color, closure and carrying performance.
Start materials and mass production after written approval.
Appearance, parts, fit, quantity, packaging and SKU.
Verify carton marks and documents for the agreed route.

Packaging and SKU
For character series and event deliveries, the packing system must make each design easy to identify and count.
Request for quotation
If part of the project is undecided, share what is available and we can list the remaining decisions.

FAQ
Answers for procurement teams comparing fit, MOQ, pricing, printing, packaging and bulk-production controls.
Yes. We check height, head width, depth, ears, hair and clothing before proposing the effective internal dimensions. A physical sample or dimensioned front, side and back views are recommended.
The reference MOQ is 500 pieces per design. Size, printing, components, packaging and the number of designs can change the production condition, so the quantity breakdown must be reviewed.
Yes. We can develop the pouch around a client-supplied doll or measurement sample. Projects that include the plush doll require a separate plush specification and quotation.
Yes, when the client owns the rights or has formal authorization. The print area, file quality, proofing and color requirements are confirmed before production.
The window position and perimeter graphics are aligned with the face on the approved physical sample. Front and side views should be checked before mass-production approval.
No full-waterproof claim is made. Clear PVC can help protect against dust and light surface dirt, but water can enter through the opening or construction joints depending on the approved design.
Individual bags, backing cards, warning copy, barcode/SKU labels, set assembly and carton marks can be included in the quotation after the data and placement are approved.
The schedule depends on dimensions, printing method, components, packaging, quantity and production season. We provide a project schedule after reviewing the complete brief and target delivery date.
Yes. List the quantity per design, shared components, printing differences, barcode/SKU data and carton labels so quotation and mix-up controls can be planned as one series.
