1. Intellectual Property Warranty

The Customer warrants that all designs, logos, and illustrations provided to the Company do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. The Company shall not be held liable for any disputes arising from copyright infringement related to Customer-provided materials.

2. Quotations & Ordering

Quotations are valid for 30 days. Formal contracts are considered established upon the receipt of a Purchase Order (PO) and the initial deposit.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit: 30% - 50% of the total amount before mass production.
• Balance: Remaining amount due before shipment (after QC report approval).
• Payment Methods: T/T Bank Transfer, PayPal, Alipay.

4. Prototyping & Approval

A physical sample will be produced for Customer approval before mass production. We allow 2-3 rounds of minor refinements to ensure the product meets your "On-Model" requirements.

5. Quality Standards & QC

We adhere to Japanese AQL standards for all inspections. For plush and textile goods, a double-needle detection process is mandatory. Third-party inspections are welcome upon request.

6. Lead Time & Delivery

Lead times begin from the date of sample approval and deposit receipt. The Company is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

7. Cancellations & Returns

Due to the customized nature of OEM products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once mass production has commenced. In the event of a significant quality defect caused by the Company, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
