ACRYLIC CHAMFERING RFQ CHECKLIST

1. Product use and series name
2. Acrylic type, grade and color
3. Sheet thickness for each SKU
4. Edge profile: flat chamfer/bevel or radius edge
5. Chamfer size, radius, and angle when it is not 45 degrees
6. One-sided or two-sided machining
7. Exact machining scope: outer perimeter, holes and excluded areas
8. Required edge finish: as-machined, wet-sanded, polished, matte, etc.
9. Quantity per SKU, total quantity, target date and delivery destination
10. Packaging, accessories, artwork/drawing files and other requirements

Also confirm before mass production:
- drawing convention, tolerance and measurement position
- acceptable tool marks, burrs, chips, whitening and clarity
- approved sample revision and any visual limit sample
